1 ½ c. sliced almonds
¾ cup dry Italian bread crumbs
2 T dried parsley flakes
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 T water
4 boneless chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor or blender, process the almonds until finely chopped. Place in a shallow bowl. Add bread crumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, beat the eggs and water.

Coat chicken with egg mixture, then roll in crumb mixture. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear. 4 servings.

NOTE: Will cover more than 4 chicken breasts. Also may dip chicken breasts in melted margarine or butter and then in coating. Or may spray with butter-flavored spray after coating.
