1- cup flour
1- stick butter
1-Tbsp. sugar
1/2- cup chopped pecans
1- 8oz.cream cheese
1- cup confectioner sugar
1- 8oz. cool whip
2- 4oz. pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 1/2-cups milk

Cut butter into sugar & flour mixture with fork, then add pecans. Mixture will be crumbly. Put in 9x13 baking dish and pat down. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Don't overbake. Let cool.
Mix cream cheese & confectioner sugar with electric mixer.Mix until smooth. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread on top cooled crust. Mix chocolate pudding and milk and spread on top of cream cheese layer. put remaining cool whip on top of chocolate mixture, Can sprinkle top with pecan pieces. Keep refrigerated.
