1 loaf French bread (16 oz)
8 eggs
2 c. half and half
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt

Praline topping:
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, softened
½ c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ c. pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread into 20 slices (1 inch thick). Place in a greased 13x9 pan in 2 rows. Combine other ingredients and beat (not too bubbly). Pour over and spoon between the slices of bread.

Refrigerate overnight. Mix all ingredients for praline topping and add to top of each slice before baking. Cover and bake 350 for 40 minutes, until set in the middle.
