2/3 pkg. Oreo Cookies, crushed
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
In a 9x13 in. baking dish, layer 1/2 of the crushed Oreo cookies on the bottom. In a large mixing bowl, mix together Cool Whip, cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the french vanilla pudding with milk. Add the pudding to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture in the 9x13 in. pan and sprinkle the remaining Oreo cookies over the top. Chill before serving.
