16 to 20# Turkey
1 cube butter, cut in pieces
1 can chicken broth

Rinse turkey in cold water inside and out. Pat dry. Tuck wings under the back or skewer to the front of the turkey.

Place turkey in roasting pan and put the broth and the butter in the bottom of the pan. Roast uncovered, basting occasionally with the juices. If the turkey is getting too brown cover loosely with aluminum foil. If the liquid (broth and juices from turkey) evaporates add more broth.

Roast turkey approximately 5-6 hours or until meat thermometer reads 185º.
