1 medium head cabbage
3-4 ribs of celery, sliced thin
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 carrots
1 onion diced small

1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 T celery seed
1 T mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Chop or shred vegetables; put in salt water 1-2 hours (1 T salt to 1 qt water). Drain vegetables well.

Heat sugar vinegar water with celery and mustard seed until sugar is dissolved. Cool and pour over vegetables.
