1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c. (2 sticks) softened butter/margarine
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1 2/3 c. butterscotch chips

preheat to 375. Mix baking soda, salt, cinnamon in small bowl, set aside. Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in flout mixture. Stir in oats and chips

Bake for 7-9 minutes
