4 ripe mangos
1 ripe avocodo
1/2 red onion finely diced
1 stalk celery finely diced
1/2 cucumber peeled, seeded and finely diced
1/4 c. cilantro leaves chopped
1 raw jalapeņo chile finely diced
2 tbsp. lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and lightly toss.
Store in the refrigerator.
