4 ears fresh corn on the cob (husks removed)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cayenne Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place corn on the center rack of the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and cool. With the grill set at medium high heat, roast the corn for approximately 5-7 minutes until the grill marks are even and the corn is hot. Brush each ear with an equal amount of mayonnaise and roll in the Parmesan cheese. Dust with cayenne pepper to taste.
