1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups club soda

Mix all together. Bake in waffle iron. Due to the soda, you need to bake all of the batter. Waffles can be frozen and put in toaster. We like to thaw them and put on a cookie sheet under the broiler for a few minutes.
