8 cup ground cucumbers
3onions, ground
3 green peppers, ground
11/2 tbsp salt
3 cup vinegar
3cup sugar
1tsp tumeric
1 tbsp pickling spice
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp mustard seed

combine first three ingredient in a large pot sprinkle with salt let stand for 3 hours then drain
combine vinegar and sugar in sauce pan heat then add cucumber mixture tie spice and seed in a bag add to pot bring to a boil, for 20 min remove spice bag place in hot jars and seal yield 7 pint

this stuff is great
