1 Can (4 oz.) Chopped Green Chilies
1 Can (4 1/2 oz.) Chopped Black Olives

1 Cup Sharp Colby Cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, onion, chilies, olives, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add 1 cup tortilla chips. Mix well. Spread half the chicken mixture in a greased 9X13 pan. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over chicken mixture. Spread remaining chicken mixture over cheese. Cover chicken mixture with Colby cheese. Top with remaining 1 cup tortilla chips.
Bake at 325º for 1 hour or until hot a bubbly.

Note: I only use about 1/4 of the can of olives. And you can never use too much cheese!!!
