1 1/4 c. oil,
2 c. sugar,
1 tsp. baking soda,
3 c. diced apples,
2 eggs,
2 tsp. vanilla,
3 c. flour,

Directions:
Mix and bake at 350º for 45-60 min.
When cake is done, poke holes in the top.
Pour following mixture over the top.
1/2 c. melted butter,
1/4 c. milk,
1 c. brown sugar
