1/2 green pepper ~ chopped
1/2 onion ~ chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup crackers (crushed)
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 beaten egg
2 cans whole kernel corn ~ drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green pepper, onion, flour, salt, paprika and dry mustard.
Remove from heat and mix in cracker crumbs, milk, melted butter, egg and corn.

Put into baking dish sprayed with PAM and bake at 350º
