Serves 8

1 box cake mix (plus ingredients to mix according to package directions - could include eggs and oil)
1 gallon size zip top bag
1 stick of butter
1/2 box of brown sugar
1 can of crushed pineapple (including juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat dutch oven.

Mix cake according to package directions (may need eggs and oil for this) in zip top bag.

Melt the butter in the dutch oven.
Add 1/2 box of brown sugar to butter and stir until melted and bubbly.

Add can of crushed pineapple (including juice).

Pour cake batter into dutch oven on top of fruit and sugar.

Bake for 30 minutes or until done. When done, a knife stuck in middle of the cake will come out clean.
