5 Lbs. Red Potatoes (all about the same size)
4-6 Green Onions (chopped)
6-8 Midget Sweet Pickles (chopped)
12 Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped into small pieces)
Save 3 or 4 eggs to decorate the top of the salad

Dressing:
2 1/4 Cups Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
4 1/2 Tsp. Celery Seed
2 Tbsp. French's Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender (approximately 30-45 minutes). Let them cool completely. Peel and cut into cubes. Put into a large bowl and add the green onions, sweet pickles and hard boiled eggs.

Dressing:
Mix all dressing ingredients together. Add to the potatoes and mix thoroughly. Slice the 3 or 4 eggs you saved and put them on the top of the salad. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
