At least 12" oven (14" will be less crowded)
Prepare and cook in 45 minutes (in camp)
Serve with potatoes and onions & biscuits

3 lbs lean hamburger
1 large onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation at home:
Add chopped onions and green pepper to meat and mix. Also add salt and pepper to taste.
Form into 6 equal steaks.
Wrap individually in plastic wrap and put in zip top bag for storage in cooler.

In camp:
Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in dutch oven.
Brown both sides of steaks.
Mix can of mushroom soup with can of water and then add to dutch oven.
Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until done.
