Mixture #1
1 can evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 T cornstarch (mixed with dry sugar)

Mixture #2
1/2 lb butter or margarine
18 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pint marshmallow cream or 10 oz bag of marshmallows
dash of salt

2 cups walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook mixture #1 in large pan till it comes to a rolling boil. Cook for 8 minutes

When done, add to mixture #2 in bowl, and beat until all ingredients are mixed and start to thicken. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into large pan which has been lined with wax paper. Cool.
