Ingredients:
Ingredients:
beef roast, baked but slightly pink, cut into cubes
French's Cattlemen BBQ sauce
Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce, original flavor

Directions:
Directions:
After baking the roast, while still warm, cut the roast into 3/4 inch cubes and put into a crock pot. Add equal parts of each of the 2 BBQ sauces. Let it cook in the crock pot for 2-3 hours, stirring only several times as taking off the lid reduces the heat.

Serve with your favorite buns.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This can be frozen after it has been mixed. I learned this recipe at work when I was a successful concession stand worker/usher/bartender at a well-known college center. Our crew was being disciplined and were assigned to KP duty and that is how I learned the recipe!
