1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cups flour

FROSTING:
2 T butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes.

FROSTING:
Heat butter until golden brown. Add sugar and milk.
