1 cup chickpeas flour
1/2 tsp red chill powder
1/2 tsp salt or as per test
1/2 cup water
1/2 bunch spinach ( finely chopped )
5-6 mint leaves ( chopped )
1/4 tsp baking powder
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a big bowl add all ingredients except water and oil.
Slowly add water and mix well like a thick paste use water as you need.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Take 1 tbsp of mix(paste) and deep fry until golden brown.
Make 7 to 8 pakoras at once.Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
