1/3 Cup Butter
5 Large Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in a 9X13 baking dish and set in a 425º oven to melt. While butter is melting, put the eggs in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, then flour (slowly) blend for 30 seconds. Remove the dish from oven and pour the batter into the melted butter. Return to oven and bake until puffy and nicely browned 20-25 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar, syrup and fresh lemon wedges.
