2/3 Mashed Potato flakes, plain
2 Tbsp dry milk powder
dash of salt and black pepper
1 tsp finely minced onions (if desired)
1/2 package Alfredo sauce mix
2 Tbsp bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Recipe is for one patrol member. Mix all dry ingredients in a 1 quart freezer zip top bag at home. Make enough bags for each patrol member to have one.

Add boiling water in amount indicated and stir. Unless otherwise noted, cover bowl and allow to sit undisturbed for about 10-20 minutes before eating.

To prepare in camp:

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil. Add boiling water to 4 cup bowl, mix until smooth. Add more water as needed to reach desired consistency.

This item may be eaten right away; it does not need to sit to reconstitute.
