4 cups riced potatoes (Russet)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp.. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water. (1 1/2-2 lbs = 4 cups riced).
Drain, rice, measure. Add butter to hot potatoes in pats. Refrigerate or cool to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients evenly. Knead (turn over and press down 10-15 times).
Measure patties with 1/3 cup measure. Form a patty. Work flour into cloth covered board. Set lefse grill at 500º. Work flour into rolling pin. Roll thin. Fry 30 seconds on each side.
