1 - 9 inch ready made graham cracker crust
1 - Extra pie tin
2 - 8 ounce bricks of cream cheese at room temperature
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
One can of fruit pie filling as topping, such as cherry or blueberry

Start the coals for the Dutch oven, at least 25.

Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Pour into pie crust.

When coals are ready, place extra pie tin in Dutch oven, upside down. Place cheesecake on pie tin and close Dutch oven. Place 10 coals on the bottom and 14 coals on the top of the Dutch oven.

Bake for 35 minutes. Test by poking toothpick into center, if it comes out clean it is done. If not done, continue baking 5 minutes or until done.

Allow to cool and top with canned fruit.

Alternate Flavor - Turtle: Substitute a chocolate graham cracker pie crust and do not use fruit topping,

Combine 1/2 cup caramel pieces (available near chocolate chips in grocery store or make your own), 1/2 cup semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup chopped pecans together and mix 1/2 of combination into the cheesecake mix.

When cheesecake cools, top with remaining combination of caramel, chocolate chips, and pecans.
