3 TB Fresh Parsley
3 TB Fresh Basil
3 TB Scallions
3 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. White wine vinegar
4 oz. chopped pimento
2 Bricks Vermont Cheddar Cheese
2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese or 1 package of cheese alternative

Mix all marinade ingredients together (everything except the cheese) and pour over the sliced cheddar/cream cheeses (alternating pattern of cheese as you lay it out in a small serving dish) Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
