2 cans minced clams and juice
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 small onion chopped
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper - sprinkle
1 T. lemon juice
garlic salt - sprinkle over
parmesan cheese - sprinkle over
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, sprinkle with parmesan and bake 20 minutes and 350º. Serve with crackers.

I find making it in the morning and allowing it to mellow all day improves the flavor. Everyone loves this!
