1 1lb. can salmon
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 T. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke, optional
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans chopped
3 T. parsley, snipped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin. Combine salmon with the next five ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours. Mix together walnuts and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a log or bar and roll in nuts and parsley. Chill well and serve with crisp crackers. You can use reduced fat cream cheese with no loss of flavor.
