1 lb. ground turkey, browned
2 T. olive oil
2 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
2 14.5-oz. cans black beans, undrained
2 14.5-oz cans fat free turkey broth
1 c. black coffee
1 1/2 T. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 c. nonfat sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, brown meat in oil. Add onions and garlic and continue cooking until onions are transparent. Transfer to a large crock pot. Add all other ingredients except cilantro and sour cream, stir. Cook on low for six hours or high for three. To serve, top with cilantro and a dollop of sour cream.
