1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. peanut butter
1 T. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 small pkg. instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix (can be sugar free)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. crushed cereal or Rice Krispies
12 - 16 oz. chocolate chips or a mixture with peanut butter chips and or mini M & M s.
1 c. coconut, 1 c. peanuts optional.

Directions:

Beat margarine, brown sugar, sugar together. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and beat. Stir together flour and bkg. soda and add. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased pans.
