4 chicken breasts (pound 1/4 inch) or 1 pkg of chicken tenders
1/4 cup Wondra Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
4 TBL of butter
4 TBL of oil
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cup marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and oregano. Blend well. Heat the oil and the butter in a skillet until bubbling lightly. Dredge the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess. Cook the chicken on medium heat for 2 min on the first side until lightly brown. As you turn the breasts to the second side, add the mushrooms around the chicken. Cook about 2 more minutes, until lightly brown. Stir the mushrooms. When the second side is lightly brown, add the wine. Cover the pan and simmer for 10 min. Serve with egg noodles.
