"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 Lbs. Strawberries
3-4 Firm Banana's (cut into 1/4-inch thick slices)
1/4 Cup Marie's Strawberry Glaze (approximately)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash berries and cut in half. Stir together the strawberries and the glaze. Refrigerate for about 1/2 an hour. Add the banana's right before serving.

You can also add pineapple tidbits to the salad.

Don't make the salad too far ahead of time because the strawberries will get mushy, and if you use too much of the glaze the salad will be runny.
