1 can pineapple tidbits (drained-reserve juice)
4-6 apples, peeled and cut in pieces
Pomegranates (cleaned)
3-4 bananas

pineapple juice
2 T. corn starch

1/2 pint whipping cream
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Thicken pineapple juice with corn starch. Let cool completely. Whip whipping cream and sweeten with powder sugar. Fold in thickened pineapple juice. Add all fruit and fold in gently. (If not serving right away delay adding bananas until just before serving. Top with pomegranates.
