CRUST
1 Stick Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 Cup Nuts (finely chopped) optional

SECOND LAYER
1 (8oz.) Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip (divided)

THIRD LAYER
1 Pkg. (4 1/2 oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Pkg (4 1/2 oz.) Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 Cups Milk

Directions:
Cream butter, flour, sugar and nuts. Press into a 9X13 pan. Bake in a 375 oven until lightly brown; about 13-15 minutes. Cool

Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Fold in approximately 8 oz. of Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

Mix puddings with milk until thick. About 3-4 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate
