2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Tbsp Cocoa
4 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Oleo
1 1/2 Cups Milk
2 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat above ingredients for 2 Minutes; Pour into
9 X 12 pan; Mix together 2 Cups Sugar and 1/2 Cup Cocoa, Sprinkle over Batter; Pour 1 Cup Hot Water over all and bake @ 350 until done.
