5 eggs
10-12 oz. of favorite cheese
Seasoning to taste.
Ready made pie crust in aluminum pie tin.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat 12" oven with about 10 charcoals underneath. Place 3-4 bottle caps or other spacers in bottom of oven.
Using a large zip lock bag, crack eggs and place in bag, add cheese. Mix thoroughly in bag. Add seasoning to taste. Pour mixture from bag into pie crust about 2/3 full.
Bake in oven with about 10 charcoals on top of lid for 10-18 minutes. When quiche has risen and browned, it's done.

Remove, cut, and serve.

Of course you can cook bacon or sausage or other ingredients on the lid and add to the mixture.
