5 Lbs. Potatoes
6 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tsp. Onion Salt
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes as you would for regular mashed potatoes. When done add all ingredients and mix until creamy. These are excellent to make ahead and keep in refrigerator until ready to heat and serve.

Cook at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
