1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
2/3 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup drained bean sprouts
6 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbls. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 cup water

Combine all ingredients. Put a little oil on griddle or electric skillet. Drop hamburger mixture onto heated griddle. Shape patties with pancake turner by pushing egg back into patties. When set and brown on one side, turn and brown other side.

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Stir and boil 5 minutes. Keep hot.

Serve patties over hot cooked rice. Pour the sauce over the top.
