2 cups flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted marg. or butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

3 T. flour
3 T. sugar
2 T. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients and then in a separate bowl combine the next 6 ingredients. Add both combinations together and fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Topping:
Add next 4 ingredients together and cut in 2 T. cold margarine. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 400º for 16-20 minutes.
