2 LBS Frozen Potatoes O'Brien
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 PT Sour Cream
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
TOPPING:
1 Stick Oleo
2 Cups Crushed Cornflakes

Directions:

Mix together the first 6 ingredients. Place in a 9 X 13 baking dish and top with the Crushed cornflake & Oleo Mixture. Bake for 45 Minutes @ 350

Personal Notes:
The original Recipe calls for frozen hash browns & 1/2 diced onion or 1 Tbsp onion flakes, however, I have found that the O'Brien Potatoes have onion and bell pepper in them, which I think adds to the flavor.
