2 can 6 1/2 minced clams
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
2 cup chopped potato
1 quart 1/2 and 1/2 or whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. wine vinegar

3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, celery, potato in clam juice. Add some cream then paste made from butter and flour, add rest of cream, salt, and vinegar. Add clams last and be careful they tend to stick to the bottom of pan. Stir regularly.
