3 cups sifted flour
1 TSR. salt
1+ cup pure lard

1 beaten egg
1 TSR. vinegar
4 T. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut above 3 ingredients together. Combine egg vinegar, ice water together then add to first mixture.

Bake at 425º for 5-7 minutes for single crust.
