2 cups scalded milk
1 cup potato water with potato smashed
4 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1 T. salt or a little more
4 cups flour

2 T. yeast
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. sugar

4-5 cups flour
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yeast mixture set aside
Combine first 6 ingredients and mix together. Add yeast mixture. Add 4-5 cups more flour as needed. Use oil to grease container to rise in. Let rise then roll out. Dip in melted butter and fold in half and place on pan to rise again. Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes.
