1 block light cream cheese, placed in freezer long enough to firm up
1 tube Wasabi paste (found in Asian section)
sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
soy sauce
rice crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Once cream cheese is firm, slice long ways to make two halves. Spread wasabi (not the whole tube, but as much as you like) between cream cheese pieces and put back together (like a sandwich). Press toasted sesame seeds on top of cream cheese. Drizzle soy sauce over cream cheese. Top with chopped green onions and serve with rice crackers.
