2 cans Pineapple chunks, drained
2/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 T. flour
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
1+1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into 8x8 greased Pyrex dish. Top with crushed crackers and pour melted butter on top. Bake 350º for 30 min.
