1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugar and shortening and add the eggs and bananas. Combine the dry ingredients. Add to the above mixture and pour in a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour in a 350º oven.
