Crust:
2 c. quick or old fashioned oats uncooked
2/3 c. finely chopped pecans or English walnuts
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Filling:
8 c. rhubarb slices
1 1/4 C water
4 - 3 0z. pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. For crust coat 9x13 pan with Pam, or solid vegetable shortening. Combine ingredients for crust, mix well and press into pan. Bake at 375º for 10-12 min. Cool thoroughly.
For filling, simmer rhubarb in water until barely tender, add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust and chill at least 4 hrs. before serving.
