Butter
Sugar
Eggs
Sour Cream
Vanilla
Flour
Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together until creamy:
1/2 cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
Add into that mixture:
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pour into a 9 x 9 pan.
Mix Topping together until crumbly:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Butter
Put topping on batter
Bake in 300º oven about 30 minutes until done.

This was my Nana's recipe and is my favorite coffee cake on the planet. It is super-moist. You can also bake the bottom then spread your favorite jam on it, put on the topping and bake until the top is golden brown. YUM YUM!
