Crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peacans, chopped
2 T sugar (optional)

1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

3 c. milk and 2 pkg instant choc.pudding mix
1-2oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press the crust ingredients into a 9x13 pan. Prehheat oven to a 350 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool. Then mix the cream cheese and p. suggar. Spread over the cooled crust.
Mix the milk and dry pudding mix until thick. Spread over the cream cheses layer.
Top with the cool whhip. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate.
