1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
Mix and put in 9X 13 " pan.
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Beat and put over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix: 1 can pumpkin
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add 1 envelope of Knox gelatin - dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water. Stir well and cool.
Beat 3 egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour over cooled baked crust and chill. Serve with whipping cream.
